    Pros: If you are in management you don't have to do… Cons: No inter-departmental or global communication. Each country office is managed differently. No transparency. Poor career opportunities if you are not prepared… Advice to Senior Management: Do more work and inform your employees Listen to employees before you make decisions about… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
