I worked at Chipotle full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great food and fun atmosphere.

Cons

Huge turnover because of the expectation without the pay. No support from anywhere. Computer issues, equipment issues, staffing issues, and no one to help. As a manager you were expected to know how to be a plumber, electrician, etc. Also doing the same thing over and over all day everyday kinda gets to you after awhile.

Advice to Management

Pay a more competitive wage especially for what you expect. Put a competent support team in place to assist with issues. Support your managers and promote qualified individuals.

A good company, but non-corporate workers are overworked and burned out then replaced.

I have been working at Chipotle full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Being a part of something bigger than yourself. The company itself stands for high standards and is awesome for those who take pride in their work. If you need the hours, you will get them.

    Cons

Pay, overworked, unrealistic high standards. Every level of employee is stressed and faking it to impress their upper, until it gets to the lowest level of the totem pole: crew. That is why our crew turnout rate is a revolving door.

    Advice to Management

after 6 months of working harder than you've ever before averaging 40hrs a week and being offered only a ten cent raise is very disrespectful. All crew and management are in the same boat, over stressed and over worked; no one is ever good enough.

  2. Very hard work, Chipotle expects a lot of work from very little employees working in a single shift.

I have been working at Chipotle part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Can move up quick and pay raise come every 6 months free food and 50% off food

    Cons

Favoritism and lots of lies. poor management, lack of management training. Hold promotions in front of you to make you work harder for no reason.

    Advice to Management

When promoting Crew to management you guys should really train them better.
