    Contract work for Boeing. Survey answers are more about Boeing than Chipton-Ross, they dont really do anything for me.

    Stable. great work balance. Not really micro-managed and flexible work hours

    Cons

    No room for growth. Management hasn't changed in 10+ years. Hourly rate is laughable.
