I have been working at Choice Hotels full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – General good working environment. Middle management and staff are competent and supportive.

Cons – Very short term focused. Senior management is fixated on maximizing personal income during fairly brief tenure. Little investment in the brands.

Advice to Senior Management – Invest for the long-term health of the brands and maintain a consistent strategy.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
