I have been working at Choice Hotels

    Pros

    benefits used to be good

    Cons

They should be called Sitel, that is who takes all the calls for choice hotels now. They have sold all reservation calls and CP member calls to Sitel a huge call center with centers all over the world. Still answer the phone with "thanks for calling Choice Hotels" though, what a joke.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Another company taking jobs out of this country so the fat cats still get their yearly growing bonus on the backs of a whole of under paid sales agents.

I have been working at Choice Hotels full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Most of the people I work with are good people.
Paychecks are on time and correct.
    Decent amount of vacation time.

    Cons

Once you're in, you're set in that position. Very little chance to move around.
    Benefits are continually being cut.
Outsourcing and layoffs, the future of the company is questionable.
In the name of openness to all people, it comes off as pushing certain agendas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Telling departments they are fine and later that year outsourcing is insulting.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
