    Pros

Interesting business model which allows you to work in several different fields. They recruit from within and try to create a culture of inclusion and diversity.

    Cons

The company is always changing directions. Senior management is shifted around and projects with many hours already invested are abandoned. Many senior manager have left leaving one to feel the company is very instable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take time to talk to your associates. They may have a really great idea or a project they have been working on which would greatly benefit the company.
