Cons

The lack of upward mobility is pretty bad, I have seen a few people not get the chance they deserve. Also, if you are young and highly energetic, this is not the place for you. No offense to Chordiant, but it is a place where most people are already married with a few kids. If you are looking for a fast-paced, high growth atmosphere, then look elsewhere in the Silicon Valley.
