    Cons

Nothing that I can think of. Not a place for people who want very less work, lot of money and leasure

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Christian Medical College full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Intellectual freedom, strong work ethics, Community living and interacting with young minds, Christian value system - striving for excellence in service and being contextually relevant

    Cons

Opportunity for growth limited, poor top level management especially in handling PR and HR. A gradual shift towards commercialisation and settling for standards that are way lower than its original work philosophy.

    Advice to Management

Go back to your strength - your core value and philosophy. Money is important but never the driver in CMC. It should never be. Your community is your strength - nurture the philosophy right - good management training is no substitute to foundational value systems.
