I have been working at Chrysler

    Pros

Good atmosphere, some really great engineers.

    Cons

Not very many. Some issues with work scheduling in the build areas could be resolved by better leadership in some of the shops.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to encourage communication between similar groups. Getting rid of some of the corporate red tape would help the company grow.

I have been working at Chrysler

    Pros

    Challenging

    Rewarding

    Good Benefits

    Opportunities for Growth

    Excellent Mentors

Expectations that are clear, with autonomy to do your job

A place I am proud to work

    Cons

The most negative aspects of the job, is that due to size getting to the right person to make a decision can be difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Personnel development should be further advanced, especially in operations. Educationaly opportunities on contracts with UAW and how it affects our interactions could be futher developed.
