I worked at Chrysler as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    - Lots of perks for interns (good pay, housing for those out of the are, events, free stuff)
    - Company seems to be going in the right direction
    - Recognizable company for resume

    Cons

    - Projects/ responsibilities/ overall experience largely dependent on who your supervisor is
    - Not all interns given similar levels of responsibility so it makes it more difficult to stand out for future opportunities if not put in the right situation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Make sure all interns are kept busy and given meaningful work
    - Look at the history of a supervisor with interns - if a previous intern's experience did not turn out as planned, don't give that supervisor another intern

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
