Great environment & location, good pay & benefits
Cons
Not knowing the Chrysler's future, constant rumors of doom & gloom
Advice to Senior Management
No empire building. Need perfectionists with accountability in senior management. need to hit home runs on every vehicle launch, no more mediocrity.
