I have been working at Chrysler full-time

    Pros

Good Hourly wage for Trades . No pension for new hires

    Cons

Hiring many supervisors and Tradesmen with no talent.
Quit Spending so much money on WCM, like painting floors and putting hundreds of hourly works up front pushing paper on WCM.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit doing everything only to improve WCM score. Alternative work schedule- Does not work. Quit hiring so many people it's the same old pattern over and over we will be broke or bankrupt in 3 years.

    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
