LTC

PC/Material Control Supervisor (Former Employee) Sterling Heights, MI

ProsChrysler is a great place to work. Combined mindset of several ownership has made this company advance to the top of its game.

ConsChrysler will not hire former employees. Chrysler has lost some great talent cause of the economy but; now that they are back on their feet they turn their heads to former talent willing to come back to help. Same jobs have been posted for 2 years.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire LTC (Long Term Contract) for former management employees. (Vacation replacement or special project support).
