Pros

The rate of pay is great compared to the required level of education and experience.

Cons

After orientation you are all on your own, all of your following knowledge will come from heresy and innuendo, not alot of emphasis put into training or leading floor workers.

Better communication, not intimidation goes a long way.

    Pros

    Flexible work environment

    Nice cafeteria with multiple lunch options.

    Cons

    Hard work does not pay.

    Make you work consistently extra without paying overtime.

    Don't care about employees career preferences. Won't let you move ahead in career.

    Customers, quality, etc. are not the focus, bottom line is.

    Bad management. Decisions take long time. When taken, most management decisions are wrong/bad for both the customers and the employees.

    No clear hierarchy. No consistent management structure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Care about your employees. Take what they want in their career more seriously and don't reward the hard work with a demotion.
