    The salaries are great, but you are treated like a slave. So if you don't mind selling your soul to the devil for a few coins, then this is the place for you.

    Cons

    Inexperienced Management, no work-life balance, constant fear of downsizing.

    Listen to your employees. They have great ideas for improving many processes.
