I worked at Chrysler full-time for less than a year

    Pros

As a intern the treat you like gold, get to travel, not huge responsibility but enough to keep you busy, fun at-work actives (tours, ride and drives, team building events), everything is compensated (travel, housing)

    Cons

No very personal (how could you be there are 15,000 employees), no break room/fridges and limited microwaves, you are a grain of sand at the beach

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let each division take care of their employees, can't treat everyone the same
