Cons

Everything. Management that is against its employees and has the "gotcha in the act" attitude. Always micromanaging and not working as a team, rather looking for their own spotlight. Every time an email is sent out underwriters have to have every manager included on the email and if they forget someone then they are called into a managers' office and told how awful they are. Its the most negative environment I've ever experienced. If you have common sense and are intelligent, watch out. If you have drool running out of your mouth and a yes man kind of person then you are fine.

Advice to Senior Management

Learn how to properly manage people rather than chastise them. Positive coaching will help the company improve and the morale of the work environment. Having employees be afraid if they breathed the wrong way is a horrible way to work and live.
