Company has a great reputation within the industry. Stock has held up well as compared to peers and the company continues to outperform its competitors.
Cons
Company is highly political and definitely not a meritocracy. This situation worsens the farther you make it up their corporate ladder.
Advice to Senior Management
Please retire and leave so the next generation, which is significantly more competent and actually cares about the company, can take over.
