    Pros

    Great workplace. Depending on your unit / department there is a lot of flexibility, including telecommuting one or more days a week. The company provides generous time off, decent benefits, and management support for continued professional development. There are also many opportunities to team build either in community service activities or social activities within the company.

    Cons

    There are two cons that stand out. The first is compensation. The bonus structure is decent, but still fairly weak compared to other companies In the industry. Overall compensation is ok. The second problem is career advancement. Someone pretty much has to either die, retire, or quit for an internal promotion opportunity to open up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Strengthen the bonus and profit sharing system and provide better compensation to retain your best talent. Also, develop people and promote more proactively. Get people ready for higher level technical positions and do less hiring from the outside.
