Cons

Technology is more than a bit behind. Work/Life balance is good for lower level positions, but is erased as one moves up the ladder. Elitist culture is somewhat fostered.

Advice to Senior Management

Ramp up technology - faster computers and sleeker software will greatly increase job performance. Remember that new isn't always bad.
