I worked at Chunghwa Telecom full-time for more than a year
Pros – Salary and compensation are above average.
Lots of benefits: e.g. great discount on data plan and cellphone plan.
Cons – Enterprise culture is very conservative and full of bureaucracy.
There are many things and people to stop you from doing things right.
