“Great place to work with fantastic culture”
Current Employee – been working at CiRBA for less than a year
Pros – Has a great product in a very lucrative enterprise space that is specifically relevant in today's Fortune 500 company's. It has a very experienced management team led by a very dynamic and well respected CEO and is very well funded. It has one of the most efficient HR teams I have ever worked with. Work environment is great, being out of the city and close to the 404. Has some excellent reference clients and is expanding rapidly to build out the product offering. The product is in demand, so it will be bought out at some stage within the next 2 years which should provide many more career opportunities in the bigger organization.
Cons – It is inevitable that it will be bought out by one of the big enterprise players so it will not remain independent and will become a small part of a much larger business.
