    Pros

Provided with the right tools, strong technical talent, decent methodologies and documentation, good relationships with their suppliers.

    Cons

Work experience heavily dependent on your immediate supervisor. Not many places to turn if you don't get along with him or her. Each practice is relatively isolated from the others.

  2.

Not worth to stay; no support

People actually very nice in this company, but it doesn't help if management is blocking everything.
    Staffing company!

    Cons

Executive management is simply incompetent. They have no idea about changing a company's culture.
