    Pros

Teaches you what NOT to do if you want to be successful.

    Cons

Still run as a staffing company - hire to fire, VP level management and above only care about one thing - the stock price because that's how they are compensated. Smoke and mirrors - No company growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Flatten yourself out. Get rid of dead wood. Do something for the employees.

    Pros

Great people; fun to work with.

    Cons

Management is too reactionary and not strategic or visionary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create strategic plans based on more than 3 months into the future, and don't let the last month change your strategy.
