I have been working at Ciber

Pros – Attractive office. Some teams have the ability to work from home on occasion.

Cons – * Low compensation. Senor leadership demands > 30% margin at the expense of the employees.
* No rewards or recognition for top performers.
* No career path.
* Special bare-bones benefits package created just for this account.
* Cubicles are small, and noise is a problem. Hard to talk on the phone and concentrate.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to competitively compensate top talent. Also, be more forthcoming when you are recruiting. Let people know it is a Contractor position.
