Because is a small company, it gives the opportunity to move easy and resolve soon internal issues

There are many power groups that does n´t contribute to teamwork

    Stock option terms almost guarantee 15%+ profit every 6 months

    Cons

    Low operating margin due to telecom market. Promotion, raise, and bonus are hard to come by.
