    Pros

If you get a good territory, the job really isn't that hard and with so much money being in Insurance you can make a lot of money. No real cold calling, and once you establish yourself in the broker community you don't have to do much to sustain yourself.

    Cons

Timing is key. It depends on what territories are available in your area. If there are more experienced reps already there, you have to wait until they leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think that they do a good job with supporting their sales team. I never had any issues with management. In fact, I think that they supported me whenever I needed it.
