Pros – Great co-workers
Management is nice

Mis-Communication
You get uptrained and dont get compensated for it
Just an overall bad job

Advice to Senior Management – Communication at Cigna is very bad, your told one thing and then something else the next day, multiple emails daily that contradict each other and no one wants to take responsibility for anything.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
