“Good company in the right places”
Former Employee – worked at Cigna full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Most of the 1st line managers in Technology are great.
Work life balance
Cons – Benefits in particular the health insurance gave limited options.
very reluctant to change / new ideas.
Advice to Senior Management – It appeared that HR didn't closely monitor employee or more so contractor turnover. The team I was on went though contractors at alarming rate, for Sr. Level technologists this should not be the case. It was more of an indication of a management problem but this went unaddressed for quite some time.
