    Pros

Mid level management and employees are smart, hard working, and engaged.
The C suite is making every effort to drive market leadership.

    Cons

Sr. Management (excluding the C suite) are ethically challenged. They deliberately mislead the C suite as well as company employees to protect the status quo. Recently, several employees that have raised concerns have been let go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is time to clean house. There are troubled times ahead if you continue to allow the C suite lieutenants to deliberately mislead you.
