    Pros

    CiiNOW has a cool crew - especially on days when everything is running smoothly. If you're one of those people working hard making things run smoothly, you can feel like a useful cog. 100% company paid low-end health coverage. Free lunches and beer on occasion.

    Cons

    There are no cubicles - the floorplan includes one big office room for 20- workers. This makes for great rounds of Far Cry, but often precludes concentration when you're trying to accomplish something even more important than hunting diamonds.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you are going to have certain expected hours of work, let the employees know before they do their work at the wrong time and you stop paying them for it. When presenting promises or expectations to employees, decide to keep your word later on.
