I have been working at Cincinnati Bell full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Relatively good name behind company as a door opener to speak with Business owners. Potential upward mobility within organization achieveable.

Cons

Very stressful. Management and points of contact of who you are assigned to work with change on a daily basis. Makes things difficult to ensure what you say will happen, happens. Being able to turn pricing around to present a solution in a reasonable time can be difficult.

I worked at Cincinnati Bell as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

good pay, great location, lots of knowledge gained.

    Cons

STRESSFUL, long hours, abused co-op (intern).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

WAY TOO MANY hours are expected to be put in by the intern. 50+ hours a week is ridiculous for a student to go through.
