Cincinnati Bell does a great job providing high quality service and products to it's customers. They are the best providers of telecommunications in the CIncinnati area.

Cons

It may be difficult moving in and out of different lines of businesses based on your previous accomplishments. It is worth getting to know other LOB leaders to help them get to you where they need to go.

Advice to Senior Management

Great job at moving with the market and listening to customers needs, wants and delights. Associate delight is just as important and I hope that you move with the economy to provide your employees needed help or rewards.
