I have been working at Cinemark

Pros

The hours are flexible and easy, the money and environment is good, the staff is fun, and you get to see all the movies for free.

Cons

During the school year they don't schedule you many hours. Maybe 2-3 days tops. (Depending on locality of the Cinemark you are at and the population will depict upon how busy it is during the school year).

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are evaluations every 6months with pay raises which are wonderful.
