Fun, usually fast pace job, but the feeling of being disposable kind of ruins it.

I have been working at Cinemark

    Pros

Your co-workers become some of your best friends. Gaining a first-hand understanding of inventory is valuable. Free movies were amazing

    Cons

The work can often be challenging. The customer is not always right, as a result relationships with management can also be strained. Shifts are long - 6 hour minimum with a 12 hour maximum. Breaks are often not long enough either.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Gain a better understanding of the customer so as to not persecute employees when there was no alternative way in which to deal with customers.
