  1. Fun, usually fast pace job, but the feeling of being disposable kind of ruins it.

    Pros

-Good atmosphere -Friendly Co-Workers + Managers -Fast Paced -Free movies and popcorn (privileges)

    Cons

-Strict Management -Being treated as replacable -Feeling like your employment is a house of cards -Customers seemingly looking for a conflict -Privileges suspended at manager's will (happened often) -Selling people food they don't need

    Advice to Management

Don't treat people like numbers because they're younger.

    Pros

Your co-workers become some of your best friends. Gaining a first-hand understanding of inventory is valuable. Free movies were amazing

    Cons

The work can often be challenging. The customer is not always right, as a result relationships with management can also be strained. Shifts are long - 6 hour minimum with a 12 hour maximum. Breaks are often not long enough either.

    Advice to Management

Gain a better understanding of the customer so as to not persecute employees when there was no alternative way in which to deal with customers.
