Cinemark Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Cinemark

Pros – - Free popcorn and drink
- 2 free tickets per day mean a cheap date
- Nice introduction to the work world
- Fast paced job forces you to better yourself
- Easy money when you stand podium and direct people to their theatre
- pay raises come with employee reviews (usually 25 cents)

Cons – - Some managers berate you in public
- Cinemark tries to guilt you when you call in sick (the last time I did it, they said that I hope I enjoy my time off during one of our busiest movies)
- Favoritism is rampant (some people get far more hours and special treatment)
- Privileges are taken away when too many employees call in for a free movie
- Have to work holidays if you want to keep your job
- You are treated as expendable

Advice to Senior Management – If you're going to yell at us, at least give us the courtesy of NOT doing it in front of a customer

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
