Cineplex Entertainment Employee Review

I have been working at Cineplex Entertainment

Pros – There's almost always something to be done
Very laid-back atmosphere
Fun co-workers
It's easy to get off of work
Good discounts on food

Cons – Way too much work for very little pay, especially on the weekend. I've only worked three shifts thus far and Cast Members should definitely be making more than minimum wage.
Team Leaders and managers are very dismissive
There's too many people working during dead periods, and not enough when it's busy
Long hours
Late shifts

Advice to Senior Management – Hire less people! We don't need 10+ people working concession on a Monday night! Also, maybe ditch the hats. A lot of people find them cumbersome, especially in a rush.
