Pros

Cintas is an overall good company with respected leadership. Their strong management will allow them to continue to grow even in a weak economy. Strong culture and history. Good people to work with in a friendly environment.

Cons

Benefits and compensation packages are average/below average. Basic benefits but nothing to make them stand out. Extremely conservative, old school environment.

Advice to Management

Value your tenured partners. Don't let numbers overshadow loyalty.

    Pros

-Service Rep. co-workers -Good pay and good benefits. -Plenty of overtime. -4 day work week. MOSTLY optional Fridays.

    Cons

-Micro-managers. -No paid holidays for Service Reps. -Almost non-existent fleet maintenance - The company makes it impossible to get a hold of H.R. when you need them (but they're there for termination!). Everything is centralized through an 800 number outsourced to India.

    Advice to Management

Cintas is a behemoth corporation where you are just a number, not a human being. All management and corporate cares about is the bottom line. They shove safety and security down your throat with endless safety meetings and videos. When it comes down to it they are willing to sacrifice both if the job can't get done otherwise. Treat people as human beings, not infallible robots.
