Pros

great company, great benefits great pay, great people. Great company to work for and can move up very fast if you show improvement

Cons

Cold calling and propsecting all of your appointments, no leads. Expect way to much out of an employee. way to much cold calling and appointments a week. numbers dont make sense when you have to split a territory

    I have been working at Cintas full-time

    Pros

    Good experience with training. Reputable company and great resume builder.

    Cons

    Very high turnover, poor management, lacking empathy, all about the numbers. If you close a deal its not as much rewarded as it is looked at as what you could have done better. Nothing is ever good enough. Communication lacks. Unethical sales reps are rewarded.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    IQ is just as important as EQ in sales and there is little to no EQ in management. Take responsibility for mistakes. A manager should be a leader not a boss. "A leader gives direction, a boss talks fast and gives orders, a leader shows human kindness, a boss rules with threats not law, a leader admits mistakes, a boss knows everything, a leader shows how to do things, a boss tells people what to do, a leader criticises, a leader gives advice."
