Good benefits, progressive culture,if you have a reasonable service manager and your customers are happy you can do well

again if you have an unreasonable service manager or too many "dissatisfied customers" (as Cintas expects perfection) life can be difficult

I worked at Cintas full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Early success is achievable through hard work and results. A ten to fifteen year tenure is very possible for a new manager.

    Cons

Results that achieved early success become unsustainable and crushing on work-life balance. Should be prepared to make a career change between ten and fifteen years. It will be beneficial for the individual and the company seems to want the same outcome.

Corporate office struggles with diversity initiatives at the group office level. Appear to chase quotas on gender and minorities and unfortunately have high turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Check the linkage of communication going both ways. Top down message. Bottom up information. The most sincere and honest communication from the profit centers are not always well received at the middle links and are filtered.
