I worked at Cintas full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The salary and benefits are very competitive.

    Cons

You cannot trust what people there tell you. If you are considering taking a job there I would advise against it. People have a feeling of entitlement that I have never encountered before, it is really strange.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Mean what you say and than do it.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Cintas full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Car package, individual territory, industry leader

    Cons

Pay compared to other companies, me first culture and changing of comp plans to often causing a share cropping type feel every year. You get ahead and then they move the goal posts to where you only profit a tad more while they profit a ton more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in ways to keep good talent around. Also, break up the nepotism clicks.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
