    Pros

Great health benefits. My schedule was good. Previous management was very helpful and understanding. Training with previous management was great. Everyone knew how to train and was very willing to assist

    Cons

Very poor management. Moral was very low at my location. Unsanitary working conditions (ie. breakroom and bathrooms). No leadership. The pay was terrible for the work they asked their "partners" to do.

    Advice to Management

Learn to listen to your "partners" and try to take heed to what they are telling you. Be more appreciative of Senior "partners" they have a wealth of knowledge. It is more beneficial to your business to keep long term partners as opposed to taking the "cheap" way out and constantly hiring new people so you can pay them less.
