I worked at Cintas full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

4 day work week for SSR

Cons

Micromanagement by GM, consistent piling on of work with out any compensation, no work home life balance, they use and abuse you. consistent turn over. Long hours. claim to care about safety then allow you to work excessive hours and in unsafe conditions.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

get back to the old way of doing things adhere to the culture and ideals that made it a great company many years ago.

    Pros

    Solid company. It isn't going anywhere, EVER. Unfortunately.

    Cons

    Let's just get to the point... you will never be good enough If you work for Cintas, they have a little thing called positive discontent. Which would be great if that's what it really was. The fact is They Are Never Happy!! ever. 7 plus years with this ugly company. Am leaving soon! :) Thank God! (Am actually taking a paycut to get out!)

    get off your drivers backs and let them do their jobs... they are the reason your company is successful.

    Pros

    Fellow Employees, pay, culture, comp

    Cons

    Constant Pay/Compensation changes disguised as good for the SSR, Constant price changes that are not made public to the SSR or the customers (deceptive?). Managers try to run a location on the cheap, as their yearly bonus depends on this. Ie....no service manager the Operations Manager can handle everything.
    Office Partners not being held accountable for their mistakes that affect you and your customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Maybe stop concentrating on pinching pennies and allow the locations to have a full staff. Hold the office Partners accountable quit treating them like they do no wrong because you do not want to deal with it.
