Current Employee – been working at Cipla full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Indore plant of Cipla is Export oriented following all regulatory norms and smooth in culture.

Cons – shift scheduling is somewhat difficult due to huge work over there

Advice to Senior Management – should create levels as Jr. Officer, Officer, Executive, Manager etc. for proper allocation of responsibilities.
