They have benefit packages for full and part-time, advancement opportunities

Working alone, entry level is relativity on the lower end of the pay scale

    Pros

    fast paced environment, hours pass by fast decent money for management see the same customers daily, makes for good customer interaction

    Cons

    low pay for cashiers 24 hours--- if you are a manager and your employess flake out, guess who gets to cover their shift not too much room for growth, going from manager to a market manager would be a huge step and usually requires a degree

    Advice to Management

    cant really think of anything to change, its a convenience store and gas station, it is what it is

    Pros

    The chance for advancement is very rewarding and they promote within the company.

    Cons

    Management is not on the same page.....You get contradicting information whenever something new comes into place. Customer service reps are not given correct information.

    Advice to Management

    They need to get their story straight and provide correct information. Maybe hold more meetings so the reps are not being told different things and are properly informed.
