Pros

There were some hard working people I worked with..

Cons

Very dangerous especially when you're working alone. You have to work in the cash register, fill cooler, fill merchandise on the sales floor, clean store, and it can be scary especially at night.

Practice what you preach!!!

    I have been working at Circle K full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    There are no pros to working here.

    Cons

    Bad management, NO LUNCH BREAKS OR ANY BREAKS. Isn't that a law? Terrible pay. I've worked there for 3 years and still haven't cracked the $8 barrier.

    I have been working at Circle K full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    -Guaranteed forty hours for Store Assistants, thirty for everyone else.
    -A week of paid vacation after a year of employment, two weeks after three years.

    Cons

    -Poor or non-existent company culture, varies by store and Market Manager
    -Hard workers aren't appreciated, employees treated like dogs by upper management
    -My high volume store lost hours weekly, horribly understaffed
    -Terrible customer service because of being understaffed. Inability to properly maintain the store, provide customer assistance, and keep a clean appearance.
    -Went through four managers in two and a half years. They're mistreated just like every other employee in the store.
    -Market Managers are manipulative, liars, and backstabbers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Employees are people, not dogs. Show the slightest bit of appreciation for hard work instead of the constant nitpicking and yelling about minor store flaws.
