Circuit City – “Down, but not out.”

Pros

Great company (if it survives), good work atmosphere, great location as far as Richmond, VA, good people at work. All levels of management are very supportive and people do care about the company and its future existence. The company is located in a very chic Richmond location and the cost of living is somewhat below the national average.

Cons

Currently the company is going through a reorg, but if it comes out, it will be a stronger player in the consumer electronics space with new management and new ideas. However because of the macro environment and the dearth of financing opportunities, there is significant downside risk to sustain us through the long term.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep the brand going! Do your fidiciary duty to keep the company going as a 'going concern.'
