Pros

ok management, sometimes it was laid back, you were able to run your own department and sometime able make management decision. Coworkers are like family and fun to work with.

Cons

training sucks, pay suck for some employees, management shows favoritism, have to kiss butt to advance. Management pushing warranties that many customer didn't want to buy it. Not given tools to do a lot of computer jobs. Your technicial skills are not valued here; but how much you can get the customer to purchase

Advice to Senior Management

no advice to Management because Circuit City is sadly no longer in bussiness. If Circuit city was still in Bussiness i would advice management to stop showing favoritism towards employees
