Freedom to initate programs and drve alternative solutions.

ConsBU structure unwieldly - no synergy between entities. Mistakes repeated neadlessly due to lack of adequate communication within BU's.

Advice to Senior ManagementReevaluate the BU Corporate Structure - combine redundant functions into Central support groups.
