    Typical huge company

    I have been working at Cisco Systems

    Pros: - Decent starting pay - Good bonuses with 401k matching - Excellent Benefits - good health insurance, and we still have an onsite gym - Ability to work… Cons: - Company is losing full time employees rather quickly. The good employees are leaving to take better offers, and the bad ones are sticking around.… Advice to Senior Management: Let employees know they are appreciated.
